It is granted for the\u00a0purchase of\u00a0apartment or house, as well as\u00a0for the construction, reconstruction and adaptation of the residential building.\u00a0Each bank defines the conditions for granting a housing loan by\u00a0its business policy.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Documentation necessary for loan granting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loan application (bank form);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employment and earnings certificate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ID card photocopy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre-contract on real estate purchase, verified at a competent court;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre-invoice of a contractor for the construction, reconstruction or adaptation of the building for which the loan is applied for;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessment of the value of real estate which will be used as a loan collateral;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents regarding the real estate used to secure the loan (mortgage);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarantors statements; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debtor and guarantors statements on administrative ban.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that each bank defines the necessary documentation to be submitted along with the loan application, and it may vary from bank to bank.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p><strong>Loan collateral<\/strong>\u00a0is defined by a bank. The following can be used as a means\u00a0(instrument)\u00a0to secure a loan:\u00a0<\/p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>property which is the subject of purchase or some other property owned by the loan applicant or a property of other person which, under prior consent of the owner, is mortgaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guarantees of legal and physical persons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bills of exchange signed by the loan applicant and guarantors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>administrative bans for loan users and guarantors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of repayment default, the creditor is entitled to activate the pledged instruments for the purpose of loan repayment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Housing loan\u00a0is a purpose loan and\u00a0it\u00a0can be classified as a special category of\u00a0a long-term loan.
