Financial literacy in banking

The Banking Agency of the Republika Srpska launched the project “Financial Literacy in Banking”, in order to educate citizens as well as legal entities in the best possible way regarding the way and use of banking services.

Through a series of educational texts, we will try to answer the most common questions that citizens ask themselves, but also to banks, regarding the use of banking services.

Some of the questions we will deal with in the campaign are: what you need to know when applying for, taking out and repaying credit, what is savings, what types of savings exist, how to safely use credit or debit cards, as well as many other questions which citizens face during the use of all banking services.

What is important to emphasize is that in addition to the fact that all issues will be described through real-life examples, the announcements will also include legal provisions related to the given situation.
