The Banking Agency of Republika Srpska is the institutional sponsor of the fourth DDays Conference entitled: “Current changes in the business operations of the financial sector – greener, more digital, more responsible!”, which will be held on 17 April 2024, in the hotel “Bosna” in Banja Luka. The organizer of the conference is the company BAM consult from Banja Luka.
The conference will be dedicated to the condition and trends in the banking sector of Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the countries of the region. The Law on Electronic Money, the Law on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing will be discussed through panels and lectures. Special attention on the panels will be devoted to the challenges brought by the digitalization of the banking sector from the perspective of regulators, banks and clients. ESG criteria will also be the topic of one of the panels, and various aspects of their application in the business operations of financial institutions and companies from the real sector will be considered.
